  1. The climate Sensitivity to give >4.5 C is NOT plausible on the simple fact that at the phase change of water the Planck coefficient (sensitivity) is zero, since the process occurs at constant temperature.
    This factor does not appear to have been taken into account in the current models.
    Water acts as a strong negative feedback to the GHE as evidenced by the behaviour of the Rankine Cycle in steam generating plants.
